The following is a sample workout created by personal trainer Chad Roberts, M.S., NSCA/CSCS, NESTA-PT to train for a mud run. Perform these exercises in a circuit fashion from exercise to exercise with little rest in between. As with all new workouts, please consult your physician before staring a new form of exercise.
